Aaron is a grade 1 solo snare drummer who has been drumming in pipe bands for around 20 years. The bulk of his pipe band drumming has been with the Cameron Highlanders Pipe Band of San Diego County. He was instructed by Malcolm Rosenberger, the band's drum Sergeant for 34 years. When Malcolm stepped down as Drum Sergeant, Aaron stepped up as Drum Sergeant and continues to serve in that capacity at this time.

In addition to his leadership role with the Camerons, Aaron spent 3 years as a corps drummer in the grade 2 James J. Coyne Memorial Pipe Band under the leadership of Drum Sergeant Andrew Hoinacki. In the past, Aaron has also been an active member of the Los Angeles Police Pipe Band under Drum Sergeant Callum Hannah. He even gained some guest membership experience away from the west coast in the Iowa Scottish Pipes and Drums. 

Aaron is available for private lessons and corps coaching in the San Diego County area, as well as band clinics and drum corps workshops wherever the need may be.
